Services for starting wine production
We provide services in the field of specialized works related to the launch of wine production, in particular the design and equipment of wineries.
The design of the wine cellar equipment is created by our specialists or (for larger projects) together with the specialists of the Institut OEnologique de Champagne from France.
Moreover, depending on your needs, we offer:
- ongoing advice and oenological consultations or
- constant supervision of wine production
carried out by an expert from the Institut OEnologique de Champagne from France.
The tasks that our wine experts typically deal with include:
- selection of fermentation parameters,
- selection of yeast and adjuvants,
- monitoring of wine maturation,
- wine corrections,
- stability control after bottling the wine.
We also provide assistance in bottling and bottling of ready-made wines purchased in larger quantities in the country and abroad.
We are pleased to announce that from December 17, 2020, Destiller - Anna and Seweryn Fabijaniak and IOC Institut OEnologique de Champagne from France have established close cooperation in the distribution of the highest quality wine yeast, other fermentation aids and support from experts from IOC Institut OEnologique de Champagne native producers in the production of the highest quality wines, including sparkling wines.
