The Flavy X-Wine filter has a reputation in the market for providing the best flow rate for the filtration of the most difficult wines. This result is the result of 30 years of experience in wine filtration. Membrane clogging control combined with a gentle (ultra-low pressure), flexible process and high-efficiency filtration membrane ensures a stable, regular flow rate throughout the entire filtration process.

 

Wide range of applications

The Flavy X-Wine filter is extremely versatile, it can filter wine with high turbidity post-fermentation sediment, red wines after thermal vinification, wines at low temperatures (-4°C), clarified wines, sparkling wines and wines ready for bottling. With this filter you can also stop fermentation and filter wines containing PVPP.

 

The Flavy X-Wine filter has the lowest consumption of water and cleaning agents on the market.

The wash water separation option further reduces the environmental impact by allowing water from the last filter rinse to be reused for other purposes in the winery.
