The Flavy X-Treme filter is recognized on the market for providing the best performance (flow, juice recovery) regardless of the type of sediment. Membrane clogging control and concentration management in the filtration loop, combined with a gentle (ultra-low pressure), flexible process and high-efficiency filtration membrane, ensure stable flow rates throughout the entire filtration process. Filtrations lasting almost 20 hours can be performed without stopping the machine, without intermediate rinsing and without regular changes to process parameters. Everything is managed and controlled by the filter.

The Flavy X-Treme filter is combined with a DB pre-filter that pre-filters the must to eliminate the coarsest parts (impurities from skins, stems, seeds or other solid particles).

The Flavy X-Treme filter is extremely versatile and is suitable for the treatment of sedimentation sludge, flotation sludge and stagnation sludge.

The filter accepts without restrictions the processing of musts containing oenological products such as bentonite, activated carbon, PVPP, gelatin, etc.
