Advertisements, price lists and other product information provided on the Destiller.pl, en.destiller.pl or Destiller.de websites, in particular their descriptions, technical and functional parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to enter into a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).

1. Information about the company
The online Shop operating at www.destiller.pl (hereinafter: Shop) is owned by Destiller - Anna Fabijaniak. Company's registered office address: ul. Grunwaldzka 37, 37-560 Pruchnik, Poland.

2. Receiving orders
Placing orders is possible 24 hours a day. The owner reserves the right to temporarily disable the Shop for maintenance or data updates.
After placing the order, the buyer will receive by e-mail an automatic correspondence confirming the acceptance of the order. The history of placed orders is available to every customer after logging in to the section Your account in the Orders section.
The store reserves the right to confirm the order by phone and to verify the details of the buyer / recipient. The store reserves the right to cancel the order if it is not possible to contact the ordering party. The store reserves the right to make the commencement of order fulfillment conditional on signing a contract for the execution of a given order by the Customer.

3. Change or cancellation of the order
A change or cancellation of the order is possible until the order is sent. The introduction of changes to the order is possible by contacting the Store service - by phone: + 48 660 143 042 or by e-mail: biuro@destiller.pl. It is not possible to cancel an order that has been started.
If the Store can not fulfill the customer's order due to unavailability of the product or due to force majeure, it will immediately notify the customer and return the entire sum of money received from him, no later than thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.

4. Price policy
All prices in the store are given in Polish zloty and include VAT, customs and all other components. The prices, however, do not include shipping costs which are visible on the product card in the Shipping costs section. The rules for calculating shipping costs> See point 7 of these Regulations.

The prices on the products offered at the time of ordering are binding, except for products whose product cards do not have the "Add to basket" button. The shipping price is always provided on the product card in the Shipping costs section.

5. Invoices
VAT invoice is issued for each order and sent together with the shipment or electronically.
 

6. Time and delivery conditions
The time for delivery differs for different products and is specified on the product's card.
The delivery time of products marked in the "On request" availability field is each time individually agreed between the Store and the buyer.

International shipments are carried out to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

7. Costs of delivery
Due to the nature of the products offered in the store, the cost of delivery over PLN 27 includes the cost of insurance and is an important element of the final price. The transport costs presented on the product cards and in order confirmation are indicative only. Transportation of some products might needs in some cases individual calculations. Due to the nature of the products offered, the transport usually takes place on euro pallets.

Shipping costs for delivery to Poland:

If you have chosen a delivery by courier, your package or pallet will be delivered by Pocztex, Fedex, DHL or Raben.

8. Forms of payment

The shop offers the following payment methods:

• with a payment card via the TPAY settlement system, up to the value of the order PLN 10,000.
• electronic transfer via the TPAY settlement system to the order value of PLN 10,000.
• by bank transfer to a bank account.

9. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints

The returns of purchased products for any reason can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. The right to reimbursement is given to a person who has the status of a Consumer, within the meaning of the relevant provisions.
The return of the goods takes place at the Customer's cost.

Complaints of ordered products for non-compliance with the contract are considered by the Customer Service Department: telephone: +48 660143042, e-mail: biuro@destiller.pl or in writing to the address of the Store.
Complaints are dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 27 July 2002 on special terms of consumer sales and the Civil Code.
The advertised product should be delivered to the address of the Store.
The store will respond to the customer's request promptly, no later than within 14 days. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer or to another method provided by the client.

10. Provisions of the regulations regarding customers who are not consumers within the meaning of the relevant provisions of law.
The store (as a Seller) is responsible for the goods sold on the principle of warranty set out in the Civil Code in art. 556 kc and subsequent ones. If there are no cases of liability of the Store (Seller) under the warranty, authorizing the customer to return the goods, the customer may return the purchased goods only with the prior consent of the Store (Seller), if the product is unused, in the factory sealed package. The return of the goods takes place at the customer's expense. With the refundable price, the Seller may deduct 15% of its amount as flat-rate transaction costs.
 

11. Protection of personal data
The store is the administrator of personal data processed as part of the business. By registering in the store, the customer also consents to the processing of his data for marketing purposes. Personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 "On the protection of personal data" in a way that prevents access to third parties .The Store customer has the right to access their personal data, modify them and delete. contact with the store administrator: biuro@destiller.pl
Lack of consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to complete the order.
Personal data contained in the Store's database is not transferred to entities not participating in the process of order fulfillment.

12. Final provisions
Contracts concluded through the Store are concluded in accordance with Polish law and in Polish.
Placing an order in the Store means accepting the provisions of these Regulations as of the date of placing the order.

13. Change of regulations
The store reserves the right to change the content of these regulations.
