OenoPur® is a powdered product for preventative must treatment. OenoPur®, which consists of high purity cellulose, PVPP, gelatine and a mineral adsorber, is easily dispersible and can be used directly. OenoPur® ensures good sedimentation of the precipitate and creates the conditions for best possible separation of the deposit. OenoPur® removes excess polyphenols and those that have a negative impact on wine before fermentation. Depending on the technical requirements, OenoPur® can be used in juice or mash. This makes it possible to prevent an intrusive bitterness and astringency in the wine. OenoPur® is casein free and is not subject to labelling requirements. Permitted according to EU Commission Regulation no. 934/2019. User must check compliance with national regulations. Laboratory tested for purity and quality.
