Wine filtration

Each wine, to obtain a striking appearance, to have all sediments, and to be chemically and biologically clean. requires filtration. Up to three stages of filtration can be left. Pre-filtration (Pre-filtration), Smoothing (Polishing), Sterile filtration (Sterile filtration). Each of these stages of filtration requires a different work methodology.
