DESCRIPTION
The Multiformat Gyroflex gyropallet allows for a simultaneous remuage process, i.e. gradual shaking off of yeast sediment from bottles of various sizes thanks to a specially designed system of sectors. It has a capacity of 91 standard champagne bottles. This multi-format Gyroflex is a stationary or mobile device on wheels.
