The Z450 and the Z450P models have been designed to obtain top quality fresh juices from whole fruits from the most unique technology available. The machine is able to squeeze all types of citric fruit- oranges, lemon, limes, tangerines and grapefruits as well as the Z450P being able to process pomegranates on top of the citric capabilities. The juice extractor is pre-assembled and factory tested before delivery for quick and easy installation. The machine is composed of the following parts:
Intake Hopper for fruit loading,the hopper is made from stainless steel.
Bucket Elevator made of stainless steel and powered by a top brand hollow shaft gear motor. The elevator is also equipped with a frequency
inverter for proper adjustment between the fruits flow and juicer squeezing capacity.
Belt Conveyor made of stainless steel, powered by a top brand hollow shaft gear motor, equipped with a food grade PVC belt and nylon conveying rollers with a robust stainless steel shaft. The belt conveyor collects fruits from the bucket elevator and feeds the juicer. Just on a precautionary basis, the belt conveyor is equipped with a stainless steel direct pipe connected to the intake hopper, just in case the fruit is not collected by the juicer.
Juicer Head. The stainless steel juicer head has a removable food safe plastic inspection window for cleaning and maintenance works, which lets the person manning the machine control and view the process at any time. This part of the machine is powered by and aluminium alloy gear motor unit which has an intermediate lubricated gear. The machine also features an indirect transmission by means of pulleys and the stainless steel conical hub for an easy and quick set up or changing of the juicing kit. The juicer head is supplied over a self moving and adjustable height structure and consists entirely of stainless steel parts. Near the juice outlet, there is a filter tape for juice waste collection driven by an independent hollow shaft gear motor supplied with a speed control unit. The lower filter has 2mm perforations as standard (4mm is available) and a rotating strainer with a removable front protection plate. This filter evacuates seeds and pulps and it is made of stainless steel with a strainer leading edges made from food safe silicone. As standard, the squeezing unit on the Z450 is delivered with a juicing kit that's made out of food grade aluminium alloy and features 8 cavities. It is capable of processing fruit that have a diameter of 75-80mm. Upon request from the customer we can supply juicing kits with 7 and 9 cavities with the capability of supplying a wide range of fruit diameters from between 55-100mm. Each juicing kit is made up of 2 male and 2 female drum type pressing units with 2 rows of hubs each, water tight V-Ring gasket and stainless steel bolts for fixing the bush and hubs to the pressing unit.
Peels Container made of stainless steel, 0.4m3 capacity supplied with a reclining gate and wheels for emptying and movement.
Control Panel made of top brand electronic parts and components, simple and easy operation system consisting of simple switched and push
buttons. There is 1 general switch, 2 emergency stop push buttons (1 on control panel, 1 on machine), 1 juicer switch, 1 bucket elevator switch
including a frequency inverter and 1 cleaning mode switch for safe maintenance works. Furthermore both the Z450 & the Z450P are delivered with a safety device to stop the juicer in case the front inspection window is removed. Squeezing units Z450 & the Z450P are designed and manufactured according to the UL and CE standards.
